Bio:

Marwan Nassar is a Palestinian artist born in Gaza 1984, he graduated from the Fine Arts Faculty at Al Aqsa University. Nassar is currently lecturing at the Faculty of Art in the University College in Gaza. He curated many exhibitions in Gaza Strip and the West Bank. He also participated in many Arabic regional exhibitions and international ones, including Jordan, Abu Dhabi, and his last one at the International Festival of Arts in Dubai. Eventually he participated in the international (Imago Mundi) project for art in Palestine. Many of his works were purchased by art enthusiasts. Marwan Nassar also supervises artistic workshops aiming at developing the cultural and the artistic abilities of the postgraduate students of Visual Arts in Gaza. I organized a solo exhibition sponsored by Al-Qatan Foundation and collaboration with French consulate in Jerusalem 2016_2017, this exhibition was taken place in all the French Cultural Institutes of the Consulate General of France in Jerusalem (The French Institute in Nablus, The French Institute in Jerusalem – Chateaubriand Centre, The French - German Cultural Centre in Ramallah, Hebron – France Association of Cultural Exchanges in Hebron, The French Institute in Gaza
