Name: Nasser Amer

Born in the Jabalia camp in 1970, Amer is a professional artist who received mentorship from Marwan Kassab Bashi, he is also one of the founders of Eltiqa Group for Contemporary Art, founder of the Palestine Red Crescent Society atelier, a director of its operations, and a member of the Palestinian Visual Artists Association. He attended many art courses in Gaza, and at Darat al Funun in Amman. He held several solo exhibitions, participated in many local and international group exhibitions, and was selected to participate in workshops and international art residencies in France, Switzerland, Egypt and Jordan. He currently resides in Khan Yunis, and works in his private studio.
